- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, making sure it is fully coated. Then dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks.
4. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
5. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and top each breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve the air fryer chicken parm hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
