This savory and flavorful dish consists of thinly sliced beef that is rolled up with a delicious filling of cheese, breadcrumbs, herbs, and other tasty ingredients. Braciole is typically cooked in a rich tomato sauce, which helps to infuse the meat with incredible flavor as it simmers on the stove.

From selecting the perfect cut of beef to rolling up the braciole and simmering it in a savory tomato sauce, we've got you covered.


Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced beef (such as flank steak or top round)

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

8. Return the braciole to the skillet, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender.


9. Remove the toothpicks or twine from the braciole before serving. Slice the braciole into rounds and serve with the tomato sauce spooned over the top.
